The issue of immigration has rapidly emerged as one of the most pressing problems facing Oklahoma.
That's the finding of our most recent Oklahoma Poll. In the latest survey by The News On 6 and the Tulsa World, voters say education is still the number one problem facing the state.
When the economy and unemployment are combined, they amount to the second most pressing problem.
But, immigration comes in a close third with 12 percent, a 10-point increase in the last 18 months.
The cost of health care is next, followed by road conditions and gambling.
The News On 6 and the Tulsa World conducted the survey the last weekend in October. It has a 4-percent margin of error.
