A Rogers County man accused of stabbing a paramedic for morphine is going to prison.
Friday afternoon, Rogers County District Court juror's found Allen Weddle guilty.
Prosecutors say Weddle stabbed Emily O'Banion when she refused to give him morphine last year. O'Banion told jurors Wednesday she remembers seeing Weddle out of the corner of her eye, just seconds before he stabbed her in the face, stomach and arms.
Weddle will be sentenced in January and could spend up to 65 years in prison.
