Tulsa's 911 operators are getting a pay raise.

Mayor Kathy Taylor and the union representing the workers signed a contract Tuesday that gives the operators an 8 percent pay hike.

4 percent is retroactive to July 1st. The other 4 percent goes into effect in January.
