PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) _ The Portland Trail Blazers are claiming former Oklahoma State guard Stephen Graham off waivers from Cleveland.

Graham played in 22 games as a rookie last year with Chicago, Houston and Cleveland and began pre-season camp with the Cavaliers.

Graham and twin brother Joey played two years at OSU. Joey Graham was a first-round draft pick of Toronto in the 2005 NBA draft.
