OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A Republican state lawmaker says he wants to close what he calls a loophole in the state's campaign finance laws.
Representative Mike Reynolds says current law allows candidate to use money raised for one race to transfer the money to a campaign for a different office.
Reynolds says he wants the state Ethics Commission to close that loophole.
He says he's not targeting any specific candidate.
But House Speaker Todd Hiett raised about $670,000 that he's transferred to his campaign for lieutenant governor.
