Thanks to a News on 6 story, the Oklahoma Dental Board is now investigating a man who admitted running a dentist office out of his living room.

Franco Fransisco [pictured] told the News on 6, he was serving the Hispanic community and even showed us an Oklahoma license with his name on it, when we confronted him a couple of weeks ago. However, records show he has never been licensed here.

A woman says she paid Franco $1,300 for dentures for her husband, but they never fit and they can't get their money back. She says her daughter was also a patient. Elena: "He did a job to my daughter and her tooth turned yellow."

Oklahoma Dental Board president: "The real harm comes when patients, for whatever reason, receive treatment from someone not licensed. It's awfully dangerous."

The Oklahoma Board of Dentistry has asked the Oklahoma Attorney General's office for an injunction against Franco, assigned an investigator to the case and contacted the state health department.
