WAGONER, Okla. (AP) -- A Coweta man is being given 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to a reduced charge of second-degree murder.

Jason Bly pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement in which prosecutors dropped a first-degree murder charge in the case.

Bly was charged in the October 2005 death of Roger Minter of Wagoner County.
