A Sapulpa man who attacked his room mate with a samuari sword is in the Creek County jail.

30 year old Louis Alego faces charges of maiming and assault and battery with a deadly weapon.

Sapupla Police say Alego attacked 31 year old Travis Weeks with the sword during an argument. Both men had been drinking.

Doctors say Weeks may lose the use of his left arm.
