A new study shows Oklahoma ranks among the top "business friendly" tax climates.

The study by the Washington DC based "Tax Foundation" ranks Oklahoma 21st among the 50 states. The rankings are based on five components.

They are corporate tax, individual income tax, sales tax, unemployment tax and property tax.

The study does not include Oklahoma's $627-million tax cut just passed by the state Legislature earlier this year.
