A Tulsa man faces new charges after trying to run from police overnight.

A little after 11 PM Wednesday, Tulsa Police officers stopped a vehicle without its lights on in the 1800 block of North Madison. As they tried to handcuff the suspect, he ran off.

He was recaptured, and records show he had outstanding warrants.

A search of the car turned up some drugs.
