A Tulsa Police chase lands a 40-year-old man in the Tulsa County jail. Around 2 AM Wednesday, an officer saw the man speeding and tried to stop him.
The man took off and kept going for several minutes. He finally pulled up in a yard near Booker T Washington High School at Virgin near Peoria.
The man had a number of outstanding misdemeanor warrants. He now faces new charges.
Another chase in Sand Springs ends with a suspect at large and a stolen vehicle in the water. It started around 2:40 AM Wednesday when a man came home from work and went inside. He heard his truck start and saw a man drive off in it.
A Tulsa County Sheriff’s deputy spotted it moments later and gave chase. The suspect jumped out by the Sand Springs Lake trail and ran off. He hasn't been seen since.
The truck ended up in the water.
