An accident in west Tulsa lands a man in jail.

Tulsa Police say the man was going eastbound on I-44 when he failed to make a curve. He hit a guardrail, took out a number of signs and a light pole before hitting a concrete barrier 700 feet down the road.

He was checked out by EMSA and then taken to the Tulsa County jail on suspicion of DUI.
