More money spent in Tulsa equals more jobs for Tulsans. That is the idea behind the Tulsa Metro Chamber’s business-to-business campaign.

Officials hope it will keep more money where it belongs, in Tulsa. The Chamber announced its' "Let's Do Business" initiative Thursday.

The campaign asks Tulsa business owners to look at where they're buying products and try to see if they can make more purchases from companies in Tulsa.

The hope is, with more local products bought, more jobs will be created. Chamber research says if we just 5-percent of money spent goes back into Tulsa companies, then that could mean as much as $1.4-million a day will go back into Tulsa’s economy.

Which in turn means more local jobs. To find out more about the campaign, check out the Tulsa Chamber's website at www.letsdobusinesstulsa.com.
