A Tulsa County District Court judge declares a mistrial in the re-sentencing case of convicted killer Wayne Garrison.

The judge made the ruling after the prosecution apparently failed to hand over thousands of pages of information to Garrison's attorney.

Garrison was set to be re-sentenced for the murder and dismemberment of Justin Wiles.

He received the death penalty back in 2004, but that sentence was overturned because he apparently had ineffective legal counsel during his first sentencing trial.
