Bristow Police arrest a man they say nearly beat another man to death late last week.

Jerry Smith is being held in the Creek County jail for aggravated assault and battery. His victim, Camilo Eduardo is listed in critical condition at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Bristow Police say the attack appears to have stemmed from a domestic dispute.

Eduardo is expected to survive the attack.
