Jury selection gets underway in a Tulsa County courtroom in the re-sentencing trial for 47-year-old Wayne Garrison.
He was convicted in 2001 of killing 13-year-old Justin Wiles in 1989. Parts of Wiles' body were found in Lake Bixhoma and along the shore.
Garrison was sentenced to death at his original trial, but that sentence was thrown out by an appeals court. The murder conviction was upheld.
Jurors will decide whether Garrison should be sentenced to death or life in prison with the possibility of parole.
