Ramona Police have not found the driver that hit a teenager with a truck and left him beside US Highway 75 in Washington County.

Jacob Garrett was hit by a dark blue truck, believed to be a 1999 model Chevrolet truck. His legs were broken and he faces weeks of recovery. He was hit on the edge of the highway at Ramona by a driver who didn't stop.

Ramona Police have checked out several trucks, but haven't found the one they're looking for.
