STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy has dismissed sophomore linebacker Kevin White from the team for violating team rules.

Gundy made the announcement Monday, but didn't elaborate.

The backup from DeSoto, Texas, played in ten games last season, recording three tackles. In OSU's first three games this season, White had two tackles.
