STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ A Payne County judge orders a competency evaluation for a man accused of killing a University of Oklahoma student earlier this year.
The judge granted a request by attorneys for Karras Harrison that experts determine whether he is fit to stand trial on charges of first-degree murder and shooting with an intent to kill.
Harrison is accused of fatally shooting Paul Shanor at an off-campus Oklahoma State University fraternity party in January.
He was supposed to have been arraigned Friday.
