A 14-year old female driver could face charges in connection with a death in a Tulsa auto-ped traffic accident.
Fabian Saenz was mowing his family's yard Wednesday afternoon, when Tulsa Police say the girl rounded a corner in the neighborhood at an estimated 70-miles per hour. The girl lost control and the car flipped on top of Fabian Saenz. He died at the scene.
The girl was arrested on a complaint of negligent homicide. She is being held at the Tulsa County Juvenile Detention Center. The Tulsa County district attorney's office has yet to decide what charges should be filed in the case.
Fabian Saenz was a 6th grader at Union. Counselors were at the school Thursday to help students deal with the tragedy.
