New developments in the kidnapping and rape of a 15-year old Ponca City girl.

Ponca City Police now have a suspect. He is this man, 22-year old Dustin Norris. Norris is accused of luring the girl into his car by telling her mother had been in an accident. That's when he allegedly raped her and then let her go.

Police are also trying to connect Norris to another attempted abduction.
