CARNEGIE, Okla. (AP) _ A 4-year-old Carnegie boy who was abducted by his mother in June has been found safe in Illinois and the mother and her boyfriend are in custody.
The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says Dylan Clark was found in Springfield, Illinois, and Cheryl Watson and Kanan Grubb were arrested for child stealing.
OSBI spokeswoman Jessica Brown says the boy will be returned to his father in Carnegie while Watson and Grubb remain in Illinois pending extradition back to Oklahoma.
Brown says Watson was visiting with Dylan on June 7th when she took him and never returned him to the father who has legal custody of the child.
