DALLAS (AP) _ Oklahoma running back Adrian Peterson is the Big 12 Conference offensive player of the week after gaining 165 yards and scoring two touchdowns in Saturday's win over Washington.
He also caught two passes for six yards in the 37-to-20 win.
The Big 12 defensive player of the week ins Marcus Brown of Missouri while Texas Tech kicker Alex Trlica wins the special teams award.
