CLINTON, Okla. (AP) _ Four people were killed Saturday when two tractor-trailers collided along Interstate 40 and burst into flames, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.
The accident occurred about 7:45 a.m. after an eastbound semi crossed into the westbound lanes and collided with another truck traveling west, said OHP spokeswoman Kera Philippi.
Both trucks caught fire, and two passengers from each vehicle were killed, she said. The names and ages of the victims weren't immediately released pending notification of relatives.
