The Red Cross in Tulsa has "NOT" had a problem, but there are people who are not hurricane victims trying to get in on the help.

400 people are getting help at Tulsaâ€™s Crosstown Church of Christ. New hurricane victims arrive every day. While some show up with almost nothing, everyone so far has had some form of ID proving they lived in the hurricane zone.

Hurricane victim JoAnne Jee: "You have to have an ID to show who you are and that's a good thing because there's going to be people who try to get in on the benefits just because they want to get a free meal and a roof over their head."

The Red Cross plans to bring in other agencies so victims can get other help on-site, and to avoid the possibility of duplication.
