The city of Tulsa is ready to send its emergency communications trailer to help with hurricane relief.
It's called ECHO 1 and it can help provide communications in an area where no infrastructure exists, or in this case, has been wiped out.
Supervisor John Geddie: "We built it to help Oklahoma, but we're very honored to help other states, hopefully help them recover."
The trailer was bought with Homeland Security money.
