A late Monday night traffic accident sends one person to the hospital.

Tulsa Police say shortly before midnight a distracted driver slammed into the back of a broken down station wagon at 46th and Memorial. The driver of the station wagon was hospitalized. There is no update on his condition.

No one in the other car was hurt.
