The American Civil Liberties Union claims some Oklahomans are being denied the right to vote.

The group's Oklahoma chapter says 27-percent of counties either would not provide information on when people with felony convictions can register or provided the wrong information about how much time must elapse after a felony conviction.

The group says that's keeping thousands of people from voting, even when they're legally entitled to.
