The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating another possible turnpike shooting. They're trying to determine whether someone shot at a semi-truck as it traveled the same stretch of the Creek Turnpike where five other vehicles were hit by gunfire earlier this year.
Troopers tell the News on 6, a Braggs truck driver was driving along the turnpike to his Tulsa trucking company Saturday. He later noticed a bullet hole in the passenger side of his truck, near the back of the cab.
Investigators will try to pinpoint when and where the truck was shot and what kind of weapon was used.
So far, the other Creek Turnpike shootings involved only SUV's. Four were hit by gunfire in April, another was hit in May. No one was hurt.
The OHP is offering a $10,000 reward for tips that lead to an arrest. If you have information that can help investigators break the case, you can call 627-0440.
