OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An accessory to murder complaint is filed against a 23 year-old Midwest City man in connection with a Memorial Day quadruple slaying.
Police say Alvis Earl Sanders Junior was arrested Thursday at a drug treatment center near McAlester.
He was one of two people sought on warrants in the deaths of four people in southeast Oklahoma City.
Daniel Michael Ashcraft was being sought on the same complaint Friday.
Arthur James Wilder of Midwest City was jailed Tuesday on an accessory complaint.
The arrests and the search for Ashcraft stem from the Memorial Day shooting deaths of Amy J. Wright, James ``Donnie'' Swindle Junior, Terry L. Smith, and James D. Alderson.
All were found dead outside a complex of trailer homes in a fenced area.
Oklahoma City police Sergeant Charles Phillips says police don't think Sanders, Ashcraft and Wilder were triggermen in the slayings.
