GROVE, Okla. (AP) -- A formal arrignment is planned for Thursday for a Grove man accused of shooting two law enforcement officers who responded to a domestic disturbance.

Prosecutors say 31-year-old Coby Livesay was charged yesterday with two counts of shooting with intent to kill.

He remains jailed on 200-thousand dollars bail. Livesay's attorney says his client was trying to commit -- quote -- "suicide by cop" when he shot at the officers.
