A Rogers County court judge says the man accused of stabbing an Oologah-Talala paramedic is competent to stand trial, but Allen Weddle's attorney says he'll appeal that decision.
Rogers County prosecutors charged Weddle with assault and battery with a deadly weapon, attempted robbery with a weapon and first-degree burglary.
Weddle is accused of stabbing 24-year-old Emily O'Banion earlier this year, after she refused to give him morphine.
