A Tulsa man is behind bars after a three-hour standoff with police.

The standoff started around 9 PM Sunday in north Tulsa. Authorities say they received a tip about an armed fugitive inside a home in the 1300 block of 52nd Street North.

Police set up a perimeter, called in the Special Operations Team and made contact with the man. After midnight, the man surrendered.

24 year-old Nathan Briggs is now in Tulsa County jail on several outstanding warrants. No one was hurt.
