The Broken Arrow Police firing range is closed while investigators determine if an officerâ€™s bullet struck a nearby building.

A single bullet hit the window of an out building at a home in the 21300 block of East 61st Street. The police firing range is about a mile from the home and three officers were using the range at the same time the building was hit.

Ballistics tests will determine if the bullet came from an officerâ€™s gun. Until then, the firing range will remain closed.

Investigators do not believe the round was intentionally fired at the victim's property.
