A Hominy waitress has been laid to rest. Funeral services were held Friday morning for 26-year-old Rebecca Clements.

She was shot and killed Tuesday in a busy Hominy diner. The suspect, Roy Westbrook[pictured], is charged with first-degree murder.

Prosecutors originally planned to file two murder counts, but, an autopsy revealed Clements was not pregnant, as her family thought.

Westbrook was supposed to be back in court Friday, but only his attorney appeared. The judge set a bond hearing for Monday.

The Hominy Diner also re-opened Friday.
