One person in behind bars after using ladders to break into the Don Pablo's Restaurant at I-44 and Yale.

Tulsa Police say they arrived about 4:30 AM Friday and saw a man running from the restaurant.

Officers caught up with the suspect at nearby motel swimming pool where they used pepper spray to take him into custody.
