Funeral services will be held Friday for 26-year-old Rebecca Clements. She's the waitress who was shot and killed Tuesday in a busy Hominy diner.

The suspect, Roy Westbrook, was in court Thursday in Pawhuska. Investigators say Westbrook purchased a handgun the morning of the shooting, went to the diner and asked which worker was Clements. They say about 20-minutes later, Westbrook came back and shot Clements three times.

Westbrook still doesn't have an attorney. His family is supposed to hire one, and although the judge says Westbrook can afford a lawyer, one may be appointed for him, at least for an upcoming bond hearing.

Prosecutors had considered filing two counts of first degree murder charges against Westbrook, but an autopsy revealed Clements was -not- pregnant, as previously thought.

Clements' co-workers went back to the diner Thursday. They held each other in a moment of prayer before going inside. Rebecca’s employer Chad Filali: "Becky's gone, she's in heaven right now and we just need to be going on, we do it for our sake, we do it for her sake."

Workers also went through a grief counseling session Thursday with first responders.
