Here's the latest on Claremore's efforts to save its ambulance service.
Claremore city councilors hope to have a solution by the end of the month. Med-Tec wants the city to pay a monthly subsidy. It says without the money, it will have to close its doors.
That has some emergency workers concerned if ambulance service has to come from another area, those delays could be deadly.
An Arkansas businessman is negotiating to buy Med-Tec and that deal could be finalized as early as July 23rd.
