One person is behind bars after shots are fired at a Tulsa apartment complex early Monday morning.

It happened at the Town Square Apartments in the 1600 block of East Young. Officers say the suspect fired at a man getting out of his car, but missed.

The shooter ran from the scene, but was soon found and held by Tulsa Police until a witness could identify him.
