One person is hospitalized in a shooting early Friday.

It happened shortly after midnight in the Apache and Hartford area. Tulsa Police say the victim was driving along when someone in a maroon SUV opened fire on him. The victim drove off into a field and ran off on foot, with shots still coming at him. He was shot one time in the backside and taken to the hospital in a private vehicle.

Heâ€™s going to be okay. Officers found the victimâ€™s vehicle had been moved and a number of items stolen.

No one has been arrested.
