There is talk of a plan by Tulsa Public Schools to change school starting times.

The district is recommending all elementary schools start at 8 AM and dismiss at 2:45 PM. Middle and high schools would go from 8:45 AM until 3:30 PM. The goal is to improve student performance.

The board votes on the issue on July 18th.
