Tulsa Fire busy with two overnight house fires

Tulsa firefighters were busy with an early Wednesday morning house fire in the 4100 block of East 21st Place. <br/><br/>One man and two dogs made it out safety, another dog died as a result of the fire.

Tulsa firefighters were busy with an early Wednesday morning house fire in the 4100 block of East 21st Place.

One man and two dogs made it out safety, another dog died as a result of the fire. Damage is estimated at around $40,000.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

And investigators say arson is to blame for a fire in the 500 block of East 59th Street North. The call went out about 4 AM. And when firefighters arrived, the home was engulfed in flames.

Two people managed to get out safely, but the house is destroyed.
