A police chase from Broken Arrow to Tulsa comes to a tragic end late Tuesday night.

It started around 11:30 PM with a man firing shots into the air at a Broken Arrow apartment complex. Officers arrived and tried to stop the man's SUV.

He drove off and led them on a chase which ended around 65th and Memorial in Tulsa. As police surrounded the vehicle, the man shot himself in the head. He died at the scene.

His name has not been released.
