Two Tulsa residents are charged with murder after a man's body was found in a Tulsa park.
Tulsa Police say an officer patrolling the area of 400 south Atlanta at about 6:30 Saturday morning noticed EMSA responding to a man down in Kendall Whitier Park and followed them in.
At the park, police found an Native American male in his early 40's, paritially clothed who appeared to have been beaten to death and had severe trauma to his head. There's no word yet on the victim’s identity.
Witnesses told police, 40-year old Gerald Wayne Moore and 19 year old Ashlie Thompson were arguing with the victim. Booking reports show both Moore and Thompson admitted to assaulting the man. Both are booked on a complaint of first-degree murder.
