A Bartlesville woman who has an infant son with severe medical problems is charged with child abuse for using cocaine while she was pregnant.
29 year old Kimisha Sunday has been arraigned. Her bail is set at $75,000. Assistant DA Shelley Clemens says this is the first time she's filed a child-abuse charge involving drug injuries to an unborn child.
Investigators say Sunday told them she used cocaine at least three times a week up until the week before she gave birth.
The boy tested positive for cocaine, marijuana and other drugs. He was born with severe brain damage and other medical conditions.
