PAULS VALLEY, Okla. (AP) An autopsy report says man found under a Pauls Valley bridge in January had high levels of pain medication and alcohol in his system when he died.
Preliminary reports led authorities to believe Jimmy Wayne Bailey drowned after falling under the Rush Creek bridge near a shopping center on January 29th.
According to the findings of a toxicology report by the Oklahoma Medical Examiner's Office, the probable cause of Bailey's death came from the levels of Tramadol and alcohol in his body.
Police Detective Scott Robbins says there were no physical findings to conclusively determine he drowned.
A group of boys passing by found Bailey's body between two large rocks face down in water about a foot deep.
