Tulsa Police arrested 19 year old Darius Owens in connection with a shooting last month that killed an innocent bystander.

That bystander was 26-year-old Shay Young. Young was shot to death as he stood at the doorstep of his apartment while several men were firing shots at people inside a fleeing vehicle the men had tried to steal.
