Utility crews stopped a gas leak that had impacted traffic in downtown Tulsa for over an hour Monday morning.

Tulsa Fire and Police had the area closed off to traffic because of a commercial gas line leak near 3rd and Elwood. Construction crews were working in the area, accidentally hit the line.

ONG crews had to be called in to shut off the leak from an 8-inch gas line.
