A north Tulsa woman is lucky to be alive after her home was set on fire early Monday morning, while she was inside.

Brenda Brown says she got into a verbal confrontation with two men Sunday. Early Monday morning, someone set fire to her house on East 45th Street North in six different places.

Brown was able to get out safely, but many of her belongings are destroyed. She's angry and very upset. "I smelled gas. Looked outside and flames was everywhere. I got out just in time, because it wasn't meant for me to go yet."

Damage is estimated at $20,000. Brown says the Red Cross is working to help her relocate.
