OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A fund has been created to help with medical expenses for a 3-year-old whose arm was amputated after he was attacked by dogs.
Cody Yelton's arm was amputated after he was mauled by four pit bull terriers in a neighbor's yard.
Officials believe the boy was playing in his back yard when he tried to pet the dogs through the fence and they grabbed his arm.
The boy was released from the Children's Hospital at OU Medical Center on Thursday.
Phil Yelton says people who want to make donations to help his grandson can address them to Cody Yelton, PO Box 890606, Oklahoma City, 73189.
Yelton says Mid-First Bank also is accepting donations for Cody's medical expenses. He said the donations may be made at any MidFirst branch in the boy's name.
